I am a board certified family medicine practitioner and a certified functional medicine medicine provider with additional post graduate training in thyroid disease and perimenopausal and menopausal hormone support.
I developed a passion for functional medicine and supporting women‘s hormones when, at 39, my own health was failing. Despite having a team of specialists, no one was able to help me. I had a myriad of debilitating symptoms, abnormal labs and was misdiagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases. Throughout a 5 year period, I had been on over a dozen prescription medications, had several surgeries, too many doctor’s appointments to count and I was only getting worse.
It was then that I found functional medicine and started digging into the research myself. What I found was both amazing, life-changing and infuriating. Functional medicine and hormone replacement therapy changed my life for the better because I was to test, identify and treat the root cause of all of my health health issues. It was infuriating because I felt like I had been taught incorrectly and had been “doing it wrong” all these years as a conventional provider. Today, because I was able to identify and treat the root cause, I am off all of my medications (except for hormones) and feel better than I did before I got sick. This also made me realize that, as a woman, I fell through the cracks of healthcare and I couldn’t be the only one. This is why I am so passionate about taking care of women.

Taylor is a Registered Nurse, skilled aesthetic injector, and Clinic Nurse Manager at Renew. With a strong clinical foundation and a meticulous eye for detail, she brings both medical expertise and an artistic approach to aesthetic medicine. Taylor is known for creating natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s features while preserving what makes them uniquely themselves. She loves the benefits patients see with chemical peels and microneedling in addition to tox treatments.
In addition to her work in aesthetics, she plays an integral role in the day-to-day clinical operations at Renew, helping ensure every patient receives safe, personalized, and exceptional care. Her warm, approachable personality and commitment to continuing education make patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout their experience at Renew.
Alex is Renew’s Patient Experience & Operations Manager and often one of the first friendly faces patients encounter at the practice. She helps oversee the day-to-day flow of the clinic while serving as a trusted resource for patients throughout their experience with Renew. From scheduling and coordinating care to answering questions and helping patients navigate next steps, Alex plays an integral role in making each visit feel organized, welcoming and personal. Her attention to detail, warmth and commitment to exceptional service help ensure that every patient feels genuinely cared for from their first interaction with Renew onward.
